So I have recently begun eating a majority grain free diet, to assist in weight loss and over all improving my health. This means no bread, pasta, breading, oats, rice,quinoa etc while focusing on increasing veggies and protein. As you can imagine it can feel kind of limiting when it comes to food choices and I love food lol. I’ve been finding enjoyment out of thinking of new recipes and trying things out. I will be posting my dishes and giving trial and error advice for those of you who want to try your hand at some new recipes. I hope you enjoy!
